When is the best time to visit Hawaii?
Short answer, any time!
“Winter” if you could call it that, lasts from December till March. This time of year is characterized by warm days (26-28°C) with passing showers and “cold” nighttime temperatures rarely dropping below 18°C.
Summer is pretty much the rest of the year, April through November. Its days are a bit warmer (29-32°C) but the trade winds help to keep you cool. Days are a bit longer; nights are bit warmer and the sun sets between 630-7pm.

US Citizens DO NOT require a passport to travel, a state issued photo ID is required.

What to pack?
The climate in Hawaii is generally pleasant without extreme temperatures. For the cooler days a light jacket will do. Umbrellas are also recommended in the winter months to cope with the occasional passing shower.
Dress standards are similar in AUS, NZ, CAN, JAP etc. for golfers in the Hawaii. Most courses allow men to wear pants or shorts w/ a belt, collard shirt w/ sleeves and golf or athletic footwear. For ladies, skirts or shorts are generally acceptable.
If your tour includes a private golf experience normally not accepting of outside play, proper attire is expected.

We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation and trip interruption insurance – enquire for details.
If you believe that you are covered for travel insurance with your credit card, please check with your bank. Please send through your policy number and the travel insurer’s international contact number to HGE.
